Baguettes! We hand — form and bake them every morning in time to deliver fresh to local stores within a couple hours. They come hot from the oven, golden/ russet crust tense and crackling. We use a pair of different pre-ferments, or “starters” to achieve the bright, simple sweet and complex flavors and aromas that make these baguettes the best bet on this side of the Atlantic.

Order by 8 am Wednesday for Friday pickup, by 8 am Thursday for Saturday pickup, by 8am Friday for Sunday pickup.
