These large, rustic loaves were the traditional fare of the French countryside. The assertive, chewy crust gives way to a crumb that exudes flavors of the good earth — rye, wheat, grass, sun, subtly sweet.

organic unbleached wheat and whole rye flours, water, sea salt.

Order by 8 am Wednesday for Friday pickup, by 8 am Thursday for Saturday pickup, or by 8 am Friday to be picked up on Sunday.
