The best ginger molasses cookies! Sweet enough but not too sweet, these big gingery cookies are full of flavor. Sweetened with organic sugar and Vermont Honey. These are about 4 inches in diameter. (Two big cookies)

Organic whole wheat pastry flour (grown in Charlotte, by Nitty Gritty Grain Co.) & whole wheat flour (grown in Québec), organic molasses, Vermont honey, sesame tahini, organic sugar, organic sunflower oil, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, baking soda, organic cloves, sea salt.
