This is the bâtard version of what some people call “deli rye” or “Jewish rye.” Perfect for sandwiches or toast, the characteristic flavor of caraway seed shines through. Made with Vermont grown organic rye flour from Thornhill Farm.



Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic whole rye flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, organic caraway seeds, sea salt.



Order by 8 am Wednesday for Friday pickup, by 8 am Thursday for Saturday pickup, or by 8 am Friday to be picked up on Sunday.
