Ciabatta is a somewhat irregular, slightly “dusty” loaf- so named, apparently because of its resemblance to a slipper or shoe. (Ciabatta means slipper in Italian.) With a chewy crust and complementary moist, porous crumb, it soaks up whatever you slather onto it. Great sandwiches or to accompany any meal.

Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, yeast.
